Refund & Delivery Policy
Our packs are digital downloads, so here is exactly how delivery and refunds work.
Delivery
Your download link is sent to the email address used at checkout, usually within a few minutes of payment. Nothing is shipped, so no shipping cost is ever charged. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us.
Refunds
Because the packs are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. If the file is corrupted, incomplete or you were charged twice, we will fix it or refund you in full.
How to request one
Write to us from the contact page within 14 days of your purchase, including your order number and what went wrong. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
